Athlete Waiver & Release of Liability

TRIBAL GAMES ATHLETE PARTICIPATION WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

This Waiver and Release of Liability ("Agreement") is entered into between the participant ("Athlete") and Tribal Games LLC ("Tribal Games"), and is a condition of participation in the Tribal Games event scheduled for April 17, 2027, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

1. NATURE OF THE EVENT
The Tribal Games is an elite athletic competition involving, but not limited to: sled pushes, rope pulls, sprint lanes, sandbag carries, obstacle rigs, erg stations, endurance circuits, strength challenges, and other high-intensity physical activities.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Athlete voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to: physical injury, muscular strains and tears, fractures, cardiac events, dehydration, heat exhaustion, concussion, permanent disability, and death.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being permitted to participate, the Athlete hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Tribal Games LLC from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages.
