In its 3rd rendition, the Tribal Games is becoming more than just a one-night event. In 2016 TG becomes a season. THIS 3-part competition will open the stage to the athletes who earn it.

Now is your chance to find out.
All athletes are invited to see if they have what it takes to make it to the Tribal Games. The journey begins with three fitness challenges released over a 3-week period, known as “The Ascent.” Registered athletes will have 4 days to complete each challenge and submit their results for which they will be ranked. These workouts will be announced on April 18th, April 25th and May 2nd.
After 3 weeks, the top 16 male and female athletes will qualify to the next stage of the Tribal Games season –“The Bracket”
16 men, 16 women, ranked based on the order they finished The Ascent, will be placed into a tournament-style bracket. 16 become 8, become 4, become 2 over the course of three weeks, as athletes battle head-to-head utilizing remote digital technology. The final 2 men and 2 women will face off live on stage at Suffolk Theater on June 24th, 2016 at “The Tribal Games.”

There will be a scaled workout option available for each Ascent workout. Sign up as usual - when entering workout scores, select whether it was done Rx or Scaled.

- Box Jumps (24"/20")
- Wallballs (20/14)
- Deadlift (205+/155+)
- Snatch/OHS (85+/55+)
- Clean/Jerk (95+/65+)
Suggested standards for scaled:
- Hanging Knee Raises
- Jumping Pullups
- Box Jumps/Step ups (24"/20")
- Wallballs (14/10)
- Deadlift (185/105)
- Snatch/OHS (65+/45+)
- Clean/Jerk (75+/55+)
